Matt Weatherly is a seasoned leader in the upstream oil and gas sector with over 28 years of experience. As the Owner/Co-Founder of Redtail Energy Services, LLC (RES), he specializes in horizontal well intervention and completion, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the company.

Prior to establishing RES, Matt served as General Manager of Warhorse Services, where he played a pivotal role in facilitating a successful sale of the company. His extensive background also includes several key positions as Completion Supervisor with Reliance Energy and ConocoPhillips, where he honed his skills in project management and operational excellence.
